It is time to start saving and planning for Shore Leave again!
The Shore Leave 30 website is starting to show signs of life and their hotel page is now active.
The room rate of $123 (plus 13% tax) per night in the Hunt Valley Marriott in Hunt Valley Maryland is available ONLY if you mention Shore Leave and the group rate code SHRA by calling 410-785-7000 to make your reservation. They do not advise using the Marriott web site.
Please contact the Hotel Liaison for Shore Leave 30 immediately if the hotel should quote you a different rate. The people at Shore Leave have this system in place so we don't get overcharged to go to the convention.
Hotel policies can be seen on the hotel web page linked above.
Preregistration for Shore Leave 30 will be available starting October 15th according to their site. The online registration form is available thru a link on the pages links above.
